Base Salary
$154k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical design, architecture proposals, deep dives, and thought leadership to AWS customers.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions and help customers design, build, migrate, and deploy cloud-hosted applications, software, and services on AWS.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to formulate and execute AWS adoption strategies that exceed revenue objectives.
- Conduct customer training, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, technical webinars, and architectural discussions.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven software product development processes and help customers create AI- and GenAI-integrated cloud architectures.
- Capture and share best practices across the AWS Solutions Architect community.
- Contribute to customer-facing publications such as white papers and act as a technical liaison among customers, AWS Service Teams, and Support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience with cloud-hosted software development and deployment, cloud computing, AI/ML implementation, GenAI solutions, software operations, management, security, and AI governance.
- Experience delivering technical presentations to small and large groups, including whiteboarding sessions.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities and communicating with technical, non-technical, executive, and client audiences.
- Preferred: experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
