Responsibilities
- Lead and architect scalable digital solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Guide engineering teams in frontend, backend, and mobile development while promoting software development best practices.
- Deliver high-performing, secure, user-centric digital applications.
- Oversee DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, GitOps, automated testing, and code quality initiatives.
- Advise clients on digital strategy, solution design, enterprise transformation, and platform modernization.
- Contribute to talent development and technical capability building within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core or .NET 8+ development.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or software engineering initiatives.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with data integration, API design, and cloud-native architectures.
