Responsibilities
- Develop trading and asset technology to improve user trading experiences and support business growth.
- Own the full lifecycle of core features, including design, development, testing, deployment, production analysis, iteration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Apply Java architecture, performance optimization, and high-availability principles to critical system paths.
- Plan and build unified frameworks, platforms, and components for current and future systems.
- Apply emerging technologies and methodologies to solve business-driven technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development and design experience.
- Strong Java fundamentals, including IO, multithreading, collections, core frameworks, JVM internals, and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with Spring, Spring MVC, and MyBatis and their core concepts and implementation principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with at least one mainstream relational or non-relational database.
- Experience designing and implementing distributed systems involving distributed computing, caching, messaging, search, and recommendation mechanisms.
- Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is preferred.
