Responsibilities

Define integration strategy, architecture, and delivery approaches aligned with program objectives and timelines.
Lead end-to-end integration between core banking platforms, legacy systems, third-party services, payments, CRM, digital channels, and supporting applications.
Act as the primary integration liaison among clients, core banking vendors, third-party providers, and internal teams.
Coordinate technical leads, business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional workstreams.
Guide system integration testing, user acceptance testing, interface validation, and operational readiness planning.
Identify integration risks and dependencies and coordinate mitigation with stakeholders.
Report integration progress, challenges, and resolutions to senior leadership and governance forums.
Ensure integration standards, best practices, security, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements are followed.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Over 8 years of experience in core system integration or related system implementation and project management.
Expertise with next-generation core system platforms and integration frameworks, including API-led integration, middleware, and messaging layers.
Strong understanding of cloud-enabled, modular, scalable core system architectures, integration patterns, data flows, synchronization strategies, and interface management.
Deep knowledge of financial services core modules, including banking, insurance, and treasury functions.
Familiarity with banking operations, business processes, and regulatory reporting such as CCRIS, STATsmart, MFRS9, PIDM, and EAL.
TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification is required or relevant.
Relevant AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud certifications are relevant.
Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, strategic planning, decision-making, ownership, and prioritization skills.
