Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, enhance, and maintain web application features across ReactJS front-end and Python/FastAPI back-end layers.
Build and maintain validated, versioned, error-handled APIs with OpenAPI documentation.
Develop responsive and accessible interfaces in accordance with Section 508 requirements.
Implement PostgreSQL data models, queries, migrations, and stored procedures.
Package applications with Docker and support deployment of containerized workloads to AWS.
Write and maintain unit, integration, and regression tests using pytest, Jest, and React Testing Library.
Maintain API documentation, data model diagrams, architecture decision records, and developer guides.
Work in a trunk-based development workflow using incremental changes, short-lived branches, and feature flags.

At least 3 years of full-stack software development experience in a collaborative engineering environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
Sufficient familiarity with AWS services to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-hosted applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts and infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform and GitHub Actions.
Experience developing applications in a federal or regulated environment.
Familiarity with Section 508 web accessibility standards.
Public Trust Clearance is required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
