Base Salary
$143k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for secure and scalable operations.
- Work on platform modernization initiatives, migrating from legacy tools to new solutions.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure services, including Kubernetes clusters.
- Enhance observability for key platform services using tools like Grafana.
- Implement improvements for core systems such as GKE clusters and public API gateways.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to refine the developer experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, System Administration, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, compute systems, and Linux.
- Working knowledge of public clouds, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Configuration Management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production environments.
- Experience building services in languages like Go and Python.
