Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cross-venue liquidity strategies using market microstructure, order-book dynamics, and execution optimization.
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for 24/7 crypto market operations.
- Architect low-latency trading systems that execute strategies across CeFi and DeFi venues simultaneously.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and auto-recovery systems for trading operations.
- Collaborate with liquidity managers, product managers, and engineers on strategy development and risk management.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of market-making concepts including spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, and order-flow toxicity.
- Experience with cross-venue trading strategies, arbitrage identification, and venue-specific market dynamics.
- Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/UDP optimization, and WebSocket connections.
- Proficiency in Rust or C++.
- Strong understanding of high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS, AliCloud, GCP, and on-premise infrastructure.
- Passion for trading and genuine interest in crypto markets.
- Experience with backtesting frameworks and strategy simulation.
- Previous experience in proprietary trading, market making, or quantitative research is a plus.
- Experience building and maintaining trading infrastructure at scale is a plus.
