Responsibilities
- Design and build performant, well-tested Python and FastAPI backend services for AI-driven features and automations.
- Architect multi-step agent pipelines with state management, tool schemas, retries, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate LLM providers and SDKs while managing prompt engineering, context windows, structured outputs, streaming, caching, and cost optimization.
- Connect and orchestrate external generative media tools such as Arcads, Seedance, and Runway in automated content pipelines.
- Identify and implement AI-native automations for content creation, data enrichment, quality assurance, customer support, and internal tooling.
- Deploy and operate services on AWS in collaboration with the Platform team, including observability and AI workload cost governance.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into concrete AI-powered solutions with product, design, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production Python experience and strong hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience building LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and provider cost optimization.
- Hands-on experience designing multi-step agent pipelines with LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers, including state management, tool schemas, and fallback logic.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs at scale, ideally including generative media or creative AI tools.
- Ability to write clean, tested, production-ready code and take full ownership of shipped systems.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with video, image, or audio generation APIs, AI quality assurance or approval workflows, and fast-paced product-led environments is preferred.
