Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems for conversational analytics, knowledge bases, QA automation, and in-game intelligent experiences.
- Architect scalable AI solutions for real-time systems, automation pipelines, and player-facing features.
- Design protocols for managing AI model context and create autonomous agents for decision-making and dynamic interaction.
- Collaborate across disciplines to translate high-level goals into robust AI-powered capabilities.
- Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.
- Present research, insights, and prototypes that influence product vision and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
- Lead AI infrastructure initiatives including model deployment workflows, performance tuning, and production observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development experience using Python, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Hands-on experience using agentic AI with sub-agents, skills, MCPs, and tool calling.
- Strong experience building scalable, high-performance APIs with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- At least 1 year of cloud-native development experience using AWS, GCP, or similar platforms and containerization with Docker.
- Strong grounding in software engineering best practices, Git workflows, testing strategies, and production-grade code quality.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and data management with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Strong ownership, product thinking, problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.
- Bonus experience includes MLOps, reinforcement learning, computer vision, game AI development, open-source AI contributions, or AI-related publications.
