Responsibilities
- Design and evolve hybrid cloud and bare-metal infrastructure systems.
- Build internal tools, automation, platform APIs, and shared tooling for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code practices and support multi-tenant, observable, and auditable workloads.
- Partner with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve infrastructure and deployment blockers during release cycles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.
- Participate in architectural reviews, release readiness checkpoints, and root-cause analyses.
- Design, implement, and operate build and release pipelines for hybrid and GPU-based bare-metal environments.
- Improve test orchestration, staging workflows, and artifact delivery pipelines.
- Integrate automation with infrastructure-level access, audit, and security controls.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud and bare-metal infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with GPU-accelerated compute or HPC-style infrastructure is preferred.
- Familiarity with platform engineering or developer experience optimization is preferred.
- Experience with high-velocity release cycles and incident response is preferred.
