Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services and automation tools.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and related delivery technologies.
- Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes platforms, including EKS and OpenShift.
- Develop Python, Bash, and Shell automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Monitor platform health, performance, reliability, logging, and alerting with Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve software deployment and release processes.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, application, and deployment issues across distributed environments.
- Improve security, scalability, resiliency, and operational readiness across cloud-based systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for platform performance and delivery effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience administering Linux systems and supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing AWS cloud solutions.
- Expertise building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, or comparable tools.
- Experience managing Docker containers and Kubernetes environments, including EKS and OpenShift.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices using enterprise monitoring platforms.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.
- Preferred experience supporting financial services or retirement technology platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with cloud security, compliance, platform governance, application performance monitoring, site reliability engineering concepts, microservices, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Relevant AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications are preferred.
