Responsibilities
- Resolve L1/L2/L3 Teamcenter incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Diagnose Teamcenter application defects, server errors, workflow failures, and data issues using root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter customizations, integrations, data models, workflow handlers, and Active Workspace client-side solutions.
- Create and maintain controlled technical and validation documentation, including SDSs, validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, SOPs, change records, and user guides.
- Support Computer System Validation activities and maintain Teamcenter in a validated state.
- Administer Teamcenter environments, monitor system health, plan patches and upgrades, and manage data model migrations.
- Serve as the Teamcenter subject matter expert during internal and external FDA, Notified Body, and ISO audits.
- Manage change requests, impact assessments, regression testing, and validation-document updates before production deployment.
- Deliver end-user training, create quick-reference materials, and provide ongoing helpdesk support to Teamcenter users.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on Teamcenter experience in a production environment, including application support, debugging, and development.
- Proficiency with Teamcenter BOM Management, Workflow, Classification, Change Management, Dispatcher, and Active Workspace; experience with Polarion.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK using C/C++ or Java, BMIDE data model configuration, workflow handler programming, and Active Workspace customization.
- Understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745, IEC 62304, and ISO 14971 requirements.
- Strong analytical, debugging, written communication, verbal communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Experience deploying Teamcenter on on-premise or hybrid infrastructure such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience in Teamcenter.
- Siemens Teamcenter certification is highly desirable; ITIL 4, Prince2/PMP, GMP/GDP, CSV, or GAMP 5 training is advantageous.
