Base Salary
$152k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design Salesforce architecture and complex implementations supporting patient, clinician, insurance, and operational data.
- Write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation, and determine when to use code, configuration, or another system.
- Design secure, monitored, and recoverable integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Design durable data models and establish which systems own shared information.
- Explain technical tradeoffs and align teams with competing priorities.
- Set technical standards through design reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
- Mentor administrators, analysts, or developers and improve the release process where applicable.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building on Salesforce, including at least 2 years accountable for design decisions on a large or complex implementation.
- Hands-on Salesforce coding and automation experience, including the ability to write, review, and debug implementations.
- Experience designing integrations, data models, data ownership, and secure system connections.
- Experience communicating technical tradeoffs to nontechnical stakeholders and reaching agreement across teams.
- Experience setting technical standards through design review, documentation, or mentoring.
