Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, application development, and model development.
- Design, construct, test, implement, monitor, and support new or revised application systems.
- Analyze complex application and business process issues and recommend programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate system usage and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on issues and advanced programming solutions.
- Define operating standards and processes, ensure required procedures are followed, and support compliance and risk controls.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advisor, or coach to stakeholders and lower-level analysts.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Java and related technologies, with hands-on coding ability.
- Experience with Java, React, Node, and application systems analysis and programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
- Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience.
