Responsibilities
- Sustain and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux and Windows on-premises environments.
- Support development teams in creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
- Manage alerts and proactive monitoring to ensure system availability.
- Troubleshoot and follow up on critical incidents, including root-cause analysis and post-mortems.
- Promote observability by implementing metrics and dashboards that provide business visibility.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and facilitate requests involving production environments.
Requirements
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Advanced experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Strong Linux and Windows systems administration skills.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and other observability tools.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including VPCs, subnets, DNS, and rules.
- Experience managing access and security with IAM policies and roles.
- Preferred experience with Dynatrace and AWS serverless services including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3.
- Ability to automate with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Practical use of artificial intelligence.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and resilience in dynamic environments.
