Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, visually engaging web pages and interactive eCommerce features for HOKA customers.
- Build accessible, high-performing interfaces that work across devices and abilities.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and design teams to create seamless, brand-consistent user journeys.
- Recommend improvements to the technology stack and development processes based on UI/UX trends.
- Optimize site speed, reliability, scalability, and search visibility.
- Participate in Agile development and contribute to impactful product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of front-end development experience, ideally in eCommerce or consumer-facing environments.
- Proficiency hand-coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using clean, maintainable, standards-compliant practices.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries and their integration into larger systems.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, WCAG/ADA accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and using Jira, Confluence, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of typography, layout, and graphic design principles.
- Experience with FreeMarker, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware, and CoreMedia is a plus.
