Responsibilities
- Design and select blockchain architectures aligned with business goals, stakeholder needs, and technical constraints.
- Define integration architectures connecting applications, participant organizations, and member nodes within blockchain networks.
- Communicate complex architecture concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Review vendor proposals and technical work for quality, alignment, and feasibility.
- Oversee technology project management activities and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Optimize application development processes to improve project efficiency and scalability.
- Build and nurture a community around blockchain initiatives.
- Advise internal teams on blockchain concepts, technologies, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects and consulting teams to develop best practices, frameworks, and implementation guidelines.
- Own delivery for specific project modules as experience develops and support client technology teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in blockchain, crypto, DeFi, or the metaverse.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
- Familiarity with public, private, permissioned, and public-permissioned blockchain networks.
- Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, and Ethereum/Solidity.
- Understanding of consensus mechanisms including those used by Bitcoin, Ethereum, and PBFT in Hyperledger Fabric.
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and certificates for identity management and transaction authentication.
- Experience with database architecture and design for scalable distributed-ledger storage solutions.
- Security architecture expertise for blockchain systems and applications.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Outstanding academic record, ideally from a leading university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Technology experience or perspectives from outside the consulting industry is welcomed.
