- Develop software for ARM processors and microprocessors.
- Support communications and networking products, including intercom systems.
- Help retrofit military tanks and armored vehicles with communications equipment.
- Contribute code for military vehicles and command posts.
- Work collaboratively in a hybrid environment that includes home-based work and an electronics lab.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Be enrolled at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution and eligible for a co-op work term during the specified period.
- Experience with embedded development using C or C++.
- Experience with software development using C#.
- Experience with web-based development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with Git, Linux and/or Windows development, and VS Code is sought.
- Familiarity with AI/ML models is an asset.
- Be eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain and maintain applicable Canadian government security clearance and other required security assessments.
