General Dynamics Mission SystemsResponsibilities
- Develop software for ARM processors and microprocessors.
- Contribute to communications and networking products, including intercom systems.
- Develop and retrofit communications equipment for military vehicles and armored vehicles.
- Write code for military vehicles and command posts.
- Work collaboratively in a hybrid environment that includes an electronics laboratory.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Eligible for a co-op work term during the specified period and able to provide proof of enrolment and a recent academic transcript.
- Experience with embedded development using C/C++.
- Experience with software development using C#.
- Experience with web-based development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with Git, Linux and/or Windows development, and VS Code is relevant.
- Familiarity with AI/ML models is relevant.
- Eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain and maintain applicable Canadian government security clearances and other security approvals.
