Base Salary
$182k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution of the cloud-based execution platform for the AI security agent Hai.
- Design and implement core components for end-to-end execution of security agents.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity across coding and design documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Security Research, and Customer Success teams to define engineering requirements.
- Develop and integrate APIs for secure interactions between AI models and services.
- Use metrics and telemetry to validate model behavior and improve system performance.
- Break down complex systems into fundamental components to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience implementing distributed system features in AI or ML systems.
- Familiarity with model deployment workflows and MLOps concepts.
- Understanding of responsible AI development and AI safety considerations.
- Must be able and willing to come to the office once per week.
