Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions for product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and quote generation.
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Visualforce.
- Configure product rules, price rules, discount schedules, bundles, contracted pricing, Advanced Approvals, and quote templates.
- Own CPQ enhancements from technical design and development through testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions while maintaining performance, data integrity, security, and usability.
- Manage Salesforce deployments, release activities, source control, change management, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including significant hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CPQ object model, product configuration, product rules, price rules, discounting, bundles, approvals, and quote templates.
- Experience with Salesforce Advanced Approvals, Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce security concepts.
- Experience managing Salesforce deployments through development, testing, source control, and release management practices.
- Experience supporting complex product catalogs, pricing models, discounting structures, and approval processes.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.
- Salesforce CPQ certification or relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly changing business environment.
