Base Salary
$147k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring a customer-first experience.
- Review and triage incoming requests, assessing their scope and complexity.
- Document and translate customer business needs into clear requirements.
- Coordinate with solutions architects and analysts to manage requests from submission to delivery.
- Communicate status and proposed solutions to customers in non-technical language.
- Monitor intake volume and engagement metrics to identify trends and streamline processes.
- Refine workflow and routing logic based on customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Active Secret clearance and local to the DMV area for onsite support.
- 8+ years of experience in .NET development, including a senior engineering role.
- Experience in architecture and technology selection for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in React, including hooks and component design.
- Experience developing server-side applications or APIs with Node.js.
- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience with SharePoint-backed systems and MS SQL.
- Strong understanding of application security concepts and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical recommendations.
