Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions aligned with global business strategy.
- Mentor teams and clients on ServiceNow architecture, integrations, development standards, and platform governance.
- Drive enterprise-wide ServiceNow adoption and digital transformation as a change agent.
- Identify and implement innovation and automation opportunities using ServiceNow.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions integrate with the existing enterprise architecture.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions for complex ServiceNow requirements.
- Influence ServiceNow product roadmaps and contribute to architecture forums.
- Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow and emerging digital technology trends.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, and ITAM.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
- At least 12 years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2+ years as an architect.
- Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and mentoring technical teams.
- Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation projects in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and global collaboration skills.
- Ability to align digital vision and strategy with organizational goals.
