Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade workflow and automation applications.
- Build task management interfaces, case management applications, workflow portals, administration consoles, dashboards, reporting interfaces, monitoring capabilities, and workflow analytics experiences.
- Create reusable UI frameworks, components, and design systems.
- Develop experiences for workflow execution, approvals, escalations, notifications, and exception handling.
- Develop self-service onboarding and operational management capabilities.
- Integrate user interfaces with workflow engines, APIs, analytics solutions, and AI services.
- Support multi-tenant and role-based access capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects, UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams.
- Follow frontend engineering practices and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, security, and performance best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of frontend engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of workflow, automation, BPM, low-code, or enterprise platform experience.
- Experience with React.js or Angular.
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
- Hands-on experience with at least one workflow or automation platform, such as Camunda, Flowable, Fluxnova, Temporal, Pega Infinity, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow Workflow Automation, or IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, human task management, case management, workflow dashboards, task management solutions, process monitoring, business process automation, and workflow lifecycle management.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, workflow analytics, operational dashboards, or KPI reporting.
- Preferred experience with bpmn.io customization, workflow visualization frameworks, dynamic form builders, Microsoft Teams integration, Copilot Studio, micro-frontend architectures, generative AI solutions, AI agents, conversational user experiences, agentic workflow interfaces, or MCP integrations.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives and working across multiple workflow and automation technologies is preferred.
