Base Salary
$220k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build autonomous restaurant operations software and new interaction models between operators and software.
- Develop and operate mission-critical systems affecting guest experience, restaurant revenue, and reputation.
- Lead reliability and scalability efforts for high-throughput systems.
- Build systems using real-time data loops to reduce support tickets and churn.
- Own workflows spanning ordering, kitchens, delivery, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, including meaningful time building end-to-end systems and product experiences.
- Strong experience building high-throughput systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building workflow orchestration, automation systems, or AI agents.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, ownership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
