Responsibilities

Design and develop core-platform features and integrations with C#/.NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
Develop and continuously improve FILAKS.PLUS from technical concept through production use by dealership customers.
Contribute to AI-powered features, agents, and integrations as a secondary part of product development.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Own the full delivery cycle, including scoping, building, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
Use AI-assisted development workflows such as Claude Code and Cursor to ship effectively in a small team.
Ramp up quickly on the existing FILAKS.PLUS architecture and deliver production-ready features.

Strong software-development fundamentals and hands-on experience with C#/.NET in the backend and Angular in the frontend.
Experience developing and shipping production-grade full-stack applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
Production experience with LLMs, agents, or AI tooling is preferred but not required.
Strong problem-framing skills and the ability to understand business needs before implementation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter who works quickly and improves existing codebases.
Fluent German and English, at least C1 in both languages, to work with DACH customers and international colleagues.
