Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery calls with carrier IT and operations teams.
- Understand customer workflows and integration requirements.
- Design proof-of-concept configurations for AI agents.
- Run tailored product demos based on customer pain points.
- Scope and execute pilot programs with clear success metrics.
- Travel to customer sites for workflow discovery and integration scoping.
- Answer RFPs and lead technical deep-dives with buyer IT teams.
- Scope integrations with engineering for new customers.
- Train customer teams on configuration and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a software engineer or full stack engineer.
- Experience building and shipping real products end to end.
- Strong foundation in full stack development, APIs, and system architecture.
- Curiosity about sales and product, with a willingness to engage with customers.
- High agency and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Excited about on-site customer engagement and travel.
