Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Factory’s platform into customer engineering environments.
- Act as the CEO's primary technical lead on customer engagements, traveling on-site to champion product adoption.
- Lead special engineering projects that expand Factory’s product capabilities and influence the product roadmap.
- Respond rapidly to customer needs, integrating with new systems and troubleshooting critical issues.
- Develop tooling and documentation to support customer growth at scale.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Continuously learn about the latest software development practices and technologies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in innovative AI and software engineering companies.
- Demonstrable capability to quickly grasp new technologies and programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- A hunger for learning and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
