Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities based on technical fit.
- Scope and execute Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate use cases.
- Conduct structured technical discovery with prospective customers.
- Document and prioritize user stories and technical requirements.
- Provide structured feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
- Build and maintain a library of technical sales assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine technical messaging.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar role.
- Proven ability to explain and demonstrate complex software systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical foundation in areas relevant to modern SaaS platforms.
- Experience in a startup or early-stage product environment is desirable.
- Bonus: experience in logistics or supply chain systems.
