Base Salary
$130k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, ideation, and art-of-the-possible sessions with C-suite and senior executive audiences.
- Embed with strategic clients to build and deploy production-ready AI applications from prototype through MVP and handoff.
- Shape end-to-end AI architectures spanning agentic platforms, data pipelines, ML components, integrations, and partner technologies.
- Build executive relationships, identify additional AI opportunities, and serve as the senior client-facing technical voice.
- Develop proposals, Statements of Work, architecture decks, and executive narratives.
- Establish reusable deployment, evaluation, observability, safety, and governance patterns balancing quality, latency, cost, and model risk.
- Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams across sales, engineering, delivery, and ecosystem partners.
- Mentor junior engineers and codify reusable patterns, accelerators, and reference implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, pre-sales, technical consulting, or related fields.
- Proven ability to engage C-suite and senior business executives with authority, composure, and influence.
- Demonstrated success deploying GenAI-powered solutions in client or enterprise environments at scale.
- Experience leading structured discovery, ideation workshops, and complex AI solution design.
- Track record of building senior executive relationships and growing account presence throughout engagements.
- Strong production coding experience in Python and at least one additional language.
- Deep production expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, evaluation frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, enterprise retrieval, and cloud AI platforms.
- Experience with model selection and routing, open-weight self-hosting, cost and latency optimization, multi-agent systems, and stateful agent orchestration.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, model risk, safety, bias controls, and relevant governance or sector compliance requirements.
- Background in an enterprise vertical, AI consulting, technical advisory, or professional services is helpful.
