Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, feasible, and deliverable solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions for complex client challenges.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit, delivery, technical, and business teams on solution development and key decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong expertise in IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience designing and deploying IT operations solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for scalable solution delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
