Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set and enforce platform standards to maintain reliability, performance, stability, and compliance.
- Manage and oversee team activities, decisions, and best-practice implementation.
- Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Oversee release management to support minimal disruption and high-quality deployments.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with platform standards, system performance, compliance, and release management.
