Responsibilities
- Act as a technical SME for E2Open Global Trade Management and collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement business processes based on customer requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and develop solutions using established methods and tools.
- Gather stakeholder insights and facilitate discussions to align decisions and improve performance.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting critical applications and multiple teams.
- Contribute to strategies that prepare the organization for organizational change.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required, with additional guidance indicating 6–12 years of experience in E2Open Global Trade Management.
- Proficiency and expertise in E2Open Global Trade Management, including its software architecture principles and best practices.
- Master proficiency in Application Architecture Design.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Functional Designs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges affecting multiple teams.
- Familiarity with software performance optimization and scalability considerations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic technical decision-making, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
