Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) solutions for complex business requirements.
- Configure and optimize product, pricing, quote management, approval, contract, and renewal processes.
- Develop custom scripts and integrations using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Troubleshoot CPQ technical issues and improve system reliability and performance.
- Automate and optimize CPQ workflows to improve quoting accuracy and reduce cycle times.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold development and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience, including 3 years specifically with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), product configuration, pricing, and quote management.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ product configuration, pricing configuration, quote management, approval process customization, and external-system integrations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components development.
- Advanced Salesforce approval-process knowledge and experience optimizing CPQ workflows for high-volume quoting environments are preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications are desired.
