Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots basic software solutions within a technical area.
- Writes secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with peer guidance.
- Interprets architecture, design representations, and nonfunctional requirements to develop software against a defined architecture.
- Applies automation and AI-assisted practices to reduce manual toil across the software development lifecycle and toolchain.
- Reviews and validates AI-assisted code and recommendations while following security, data sensitivity, resiliency, and auditability requirements.
- Analyzes basic data sets to support technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Baseline knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within a technical discipline.
- Working knowledge of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for software engineering workflows, including strong validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
- Ability to code in one or more programming languages.
- Understanding of software business analysis, development, maintenance, and improvement.
- Proficiency in development toolsets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in large teams and contribute to an inclusive, innovative culture.
- Preferred: exposure to cloud technologies.
