Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Own features end to end, including technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Improve existing systems for scalability, maintainability, performance, reliability, and reduced technical debt.
Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to improve shopper journeys and conversion.
Implement and maintain event tracking and martech integrations using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Segment.io, and similar tools.
Support A/B testing and experimentation with Growth and Marketing teams.
Participate in architecture discussions and produce technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, security, performance improvements, and Agile/CI-CD workflows.

At least five years of experience building modern web applications with React.js.
At least five years of experience building backend services with Node.js.
Strong TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced CSS selector skills.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager is strongly preferred.
Experience implementing tracking with Facebook Pixel, Segment.io, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of event tracking, analytics implementation, and martech integrations.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
Practical AWS experience and an Agile/SCRUM background.
Proven experience building and scaling eCommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of shopper journeys, CRO, and CX.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
