Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale real-time invariant enforcement systems, detection engines, invariant frameworks, and onboarding tooling.
- Own workstreams from designing correctness models with partner teams through production operation.
- Develop predictive consistency models and proactive invariant discovery guardrails.
- Design and implement correctness contracts for financial fund flows with FinHub, Payments, and Trading teams.
- Mentor junior engineers on distributed systems, correctness, and production operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production, including financial systems, payments, reconciliation, or high-reliability transactional infrastructure.
- Proficiency in backend programming with Go, Ruby, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience building platform-level infrastructure consumed by multiple teams, including APIs, frameworks, or detection systems.
- Experience with streaming infrastructure such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark and distributed data stores such as Postgres or DynamoDB.
- Ability to own ambiguous workstreams end to end and design and operate correctness models in production.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Benefits
- Annual base salary range of $186,065–$218,900, excluding equity and bonus.

- Remote-first work arrangement with quarterly in-person working sessions called “surges.”
