Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners and engineers to align solution designs with business goals and architecture principles.
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and AI-enabled application engines.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for dataset ingestion, transformation, validation, and enrichment.
- Develop and operationalize AI/ML and LLM-based capabilities, including agentic workflows and prompt-driven automation.
- Design and deploy LangGraph-based workflows for orchestration, tool routing, and stateful production execution.
- Build and maintain multi-agent architectures with role boundaries, handoff protocols, and guardrails.
- Establish software and system design standards, quality gates, and engineering best practices.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions with observability, performance, security, and data quality.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, LLM applications, and agentic AI, preferably LangGraph.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree with three years of related experience.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Preferred: familiarity with networking fundamentals and distributed systems.
- Preferred: experience in Agile development environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
