Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, modernization, and transformation initiatives for core legacy platforms.
- Design and implement application enhancements, new products, process improvements, and system integrations.
- Make and drive design and architectural adoption decisions in alignment with the enterprise architecture blueprint.
- Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards and resolve complex application and business-process problems.
- Lead teams, coordinate with management groups, advise or coach developers and analysts, and allocate work as needed.
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, controls, and ethical business practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Engineering Lead.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Expertise in AI utilization and prompt engineering qualification.
- Experience managing and successfully implementing projects, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Subject Matter Expert knowledge in at least one area of applications development.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
