Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions for complex, ambiguous problems across the full software development lifecycle.
- Architect and build scalable platform services and customer-facing experiences for business programs at scale.
- Write, test, review, and optimize code using appropriate data structures and algorithms.
- Investigate operational alerts, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate on design documents, code reviews, engineering best practices, and technical direction.
- Contribute to AI-powered and automation-driven experiences for end users.
- Mentor newer engineers and balance feature development with operational improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
