Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based workflows for computer vision applications.
- Architect database schemas, queries, and end-to-end data pipelines for large-scale data operations.
- Develop and scale Azure-based pipelines for processing, versioning, and managing millions of images.
- Build, automate, and manage training and evaluation pipelines using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Integrate machine learning pipelines with Azure Blob Storage and Azure ML Compute.
- Analyze models and data workflows to identify and implement performance improvements.
- Implement data quality, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Document system architecture, data flows, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience designing scalable data pipelines and cloud-based workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Azure, including Azure ML, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure ML Compute.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or Ray for data processing and orchestration.
- Proficiency with Docker and other containerization technologies.
- Experience building or maintaining training and evaluation pipelines using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with or exploration of data visualization and analysis tools such as Voxel.
- Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Git and Linux.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is an additional qualification.
- Prior ADAS, autonomous driving, or robotics experience is an additional qualification.
- Experience with AWS or GCP is an additional qualification.
- Knowledge of TensorRT or ONNX and hands-on C++ experience are beneficial.
