Responsibilities
- Build and operate the intent signal stack across various account signals.
- Prioritize high-conviction target accounts weekly with clear rationale.
- Design workflows for generating account briefs at scale.
- Manage scoring, routing, and outbound workflows using automation tools.
- Run personalized outbound programs for timely and relevant outreach.
- Establish a repeatable experimentation engine for messaging and outreach.
- Track performance metrics from signal to meeting to pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales to enhance lead handoff and account coverage.
- Quickly eliminate ineffective campaigns and focus on successful strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Clay and CRM platforms.
- Strong technical fluency in data, automation, and systems design.
- Ability to convert intent signals into structured account prioritization.
- Experience with personalized outbound motions for enterprise accounts.
- Understanding of funnel performance and metrics improvement.
- Strong copy and messaging skills tailored to account context.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bias for action and experimentation with quick testing capabilities.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
