Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend functionality and APIs using C# and .NET.
- Work with Dyalog APL and other technologies used in the product.
- Contribute to cloud modernization and scalable service design.
- Improve system performance, maintainability, testability, and developer experience.
- Use continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, and code reviews in daily engineering work.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering for prototyping, testing, documentation, code understanding, and routine-task automation.
- Collaborate with product owners, domain experts, and engineers to turn customer needs into software solutions.
- Support technical decisions, the software built by the team, and continuous improvement of the product and engineering process.
Requirements
- Experience with C# and .NET development.
- Backend development and API design experience.
- Ability to build high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, and practical quality engineering.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or similar systems.
- Experience with cloud technologies, distributed systems, or Azure-based services.
- Willingness to learn Dyalog APL and additional technologies.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted software engineering.
- Experience with financial instruments and financial investment systems is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to learn, collaborate, lead work, achieve results, and balance technical quality with business value.
