Base Salary
$100k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, refactor, and enhance object-oriented C# and .NET applications.
- Build automation and coded solutions integrating Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and SQL Server databases.
- Design, maintain, and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, and data-driven workflows.
- Apply file-share, file-system permission, enterprise security, secure coding, and software development standards.
- Collaborate with endpoint engineering, infrastructure, networking, security, and operations teams to design, integrate, test, and deploy solutions.
- Develop and execute unit tests and support system and integration testing.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, technical design discussions, operational meetings, and technical working sessions.
- Estimate development effort, provide technical recommendations, and contribute to coding standards and software quality improvements.
- Use enterprise source control and version management practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain software requirements, design, development workflow, and operational documentation.
- Improve application performance, scalability, maintainability, and endpoint operations through continuous improvement.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED with 18+ years of relevant professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT, software development, desktop engineering, systems administration, or related technical environments.
- Experience developing enterprise applications with C#, .NET Framework or .NET, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience evaluating, troubleshooting, refactoring, and enhancing existing C#/.NET applications.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL Server, including SQL queries and SQL-based integrations.
- Experience integrating solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Word automation, or workflow-driven applications.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to support parallel development efforts.
- Preferred experience includes large-scale federal or enterprise IT environments, Tachyon, Microsoft Power Apps, enterprise deployment automation, scripting, and operational reporting tools.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft C#/.NET, CompTIA ITF+, SQL Server, Microsoft, Microsoft Power Apps Developer, or Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer credentials.
