Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and ecommerce features using Spring Boot and React.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions for new features and enhancements.
- Integrate the platform with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other essential applications.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and specifications.
- Apply generative AI and emerging technologies across the software development lifecycle.
- Implement software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Support AI-based testing frameworks and automated code review processes.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization to improve platform availability and scalability.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and support industry compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience focused on Spring Boot and React.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational database management systems, GraphQL, Git, Elastic, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and Python.
- Expert knowledge of HTTP, cookies, sessions, AJAX, and web browsers.
- Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
- Exposure to Kafka, change data capture, and data replication processes and tools.
- Exposure to the MCP Protocol, RAG-based AI agents, and LLM agent connectivity through APIs.
- Experience with AI-assisted development platforms and implementing AI APIs in applications.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, performance tuning, optimization techniques, and security best practices.
