Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to ensure partner success.
- Drive pre-sales technical discovery and solutioning to understand partner needs.
- Lead post-sales technical implementation and partner delivery.
- Build strong relationships with partner technical teams and troubleshoot issues.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Automate and standardize partner delivery processes.
- Improve technical documentation and partner-facing implementation guides.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong technical background in REST APIs and front-end technologies.
- Deep understanding of payment networks and product architecture.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage complex projects.
- Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
- Excellent judgment in balancing partner needs with internal priorities.
- Proven track record of improving processes through tooling and automation.
