Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of cloud services.
- Own and maintain infrastructure as code for cloud environments.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, service deployment, rollback, and release operations.
- Automate repetitive cloud operations and infrastructure maintenance tasks.
- Participate in the cloud-services on-call rotation and handle incident triage, mitigation, escalation, recovery, and follow-up improvements.
- Troubleshoot cloud, deployment, networking, configuration, and simple backend-service issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Experience with feature-flag services such as LaunchDarkly or PostHog.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Loki, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with Linux, cloud networking, IAM, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Experience with Docker or other container technologies.
- Coding skills in Python and Golang.
- Experience with EKS or managed Kubernetes services.
- Preferred: experience with security scanning, vulnerability remediation, and cloud security best practices.
- Preferred: familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Preferred: Mandarin-speaking ability.
