Responsibilities
- Migrate development teams from Bitbucket Server and legacy Windows/Linux Jenkins environments to GitHub and GitHub Actions hosted and self-hosted runners.
- Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and optimize hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform and automation.
- Improve artifact storage and retrieval and connect CI/CD pipelines with software lifecycle, code quality, security scanning, and artifact management tools.
- Coordinate major releases, maintenance releases, and hotfixes with development, QA, and product teams.
- Improve release governance, workflows, documentation, and audit compliance.
- Administer developer tools and provide business-hours support for build failures, access requests, and tooling questions.
- Evaluate cloud technologies and recommend architecture and tooling improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Developer Experience, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub migration, Git workflows, and CI/CD across hybrid environments.
- Experience with Jenkins on Linux and Windows agents, hosted runners for Android/iOS, and self-hosted runners on AWS EKS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and hybrid VM lifecycle or provisioning tools such as HPE Morpheus.
- Experience managing AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and policies.
- Hands-on experience with release management for multi-application environments and software lifecycle tools.
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of SOC2 compliance or other security standards and familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana are preferred.
- AWS certification, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, is preferred.
