Responsibilities
- Build and operate secure AI coding environments, AI-assisted CI/CD capabilities, agentic AWS workflows, and reusable platform components.
- Design, build, run, and continuously improve internal platform products for developer customers.
- Identify developer friction, improve the developer experience, and measure adoption of shipped platform capabilities.
- Own technical topics end to end, including planning, stakeholder communication, architecture, and delivery.
- Shape platform foundations involving Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code on AWS, and AI capabilities.
- Maintain platform reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency while participating in the on-call rotation and troubleshooting incidents.
- Create reusable patterns, templates, and blueprints that help the organization build software faster.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of experience building and operating infrastructure or platform products.
- Hands-on experience using LLM APIs, tool or function calling, retrieval, agents, or agent frameworks in real workflows.
- Daily familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Strong AWS fundamentals and appreciation for Infrastructure as Code and Pipeline as Code.
- Experience with developer experience, product-oriented platform development, communication, collaboration, testing, debugging, code quality, and production readiness.
- Familiarity with SRE and DevOps principles and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or OpsGenie.
- Strong coding ability in at least one language, ideally Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into working solutions with sensible scope and drive initiatives to completion.
