Responsibilities
- Define the technical direction for AI-powered security capabilities.
- Set architecture and technical standards for production systems.
- Design control models for agentic and tool-using systems.
- Establish platform primitives for consistent and safe AI feature development.
- Collaborate with Security, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams early in the design process.
- Raise operational standards for AI in production through evaluation frameworks and incident playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production systems with a focus on trust and correctness.
- Deep knowledge of AI or ML systems in production, especially LLM-integrated systems.
- Strong instincts for privacy-preserving design and predictable user outcomes.
- Depth in security-sensitive domains such as identity and authentication.
- Proven track record of setting technical direction and making architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with engineers and cross-functional partners.
